Safetychecked awards its registered members with a Fire Safety Statement or a Fire Safety Certificate. Both of them indicate that the respective hotel or vacation rental has taken all necessary precautions to prevent or manage a potential fire.
These precautions include a series of technical requirements such as fire detectors, construction requirements, fire fighting equipment etc. Moreover, we demand our members to create a fire management plan, evacuation plan and take more actions in order to make your stay as safe as possible.
